This is a delicious breakfast that can be made in many different ways. Switch up your morning meal with this recipe.

2 eggs or 1 cup tofu

1 cup vegetable ex. Spinach, mushroom, onion, pepper (switch is up each week)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1tsp chili powder

1 multi-grain toast 

1 tbsp peanut butter for toast

2 strawberries for toast

1/2 cup fruit of your choice

Cook in one pan for tastiest results.

Breakfast Scrambler is made with spinach, pepper, and chilli powder. A slice of toast with peanut butter and raspberries on top, and pineapple on the side.
